you may not resell, use it commercialy unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage

i will not start a commission until i have receive payment

you cannot cancel/modify a commission after you have payed me. small modifications can be done, but large edits or redraws must be paid for.

i will not redo/give refunds for the piece.

you may not claim my artwork as your own or trace it.

i have the right to refuse a commission

you may not reprint my artwork except it is for personal use

you may credit me if you post the piece

i hold the rights to the produced drawing

i can present the artwork as sample or portfolio piece to other individuals or groups

i am not allowed to turn the artwork or design into merchandise to any other individual who is not the client
